I have owned these five units as part of my property portfolio for numerous years. All of them are located in excellent positions, close to various amenities and transport networks. All are within close proximity of shops, bus routes and supermarkets. All of the five units are currently rented and producing a monthly income and all are set up on AST’s. In the past, when the properties have become available, I have had no problem whatsoever in letting them out again. Most of the tenants have been in situ for several years. I think it presents an excellent opportunity for someone to buy a ready-made investment and good yield. All of the units are well presented and all being apartments, maintenance costs are quite low. Now is the time to sell, as I pursue other interests. I sincerely hope that the new buyer finds the properties a great investment, as I have over the years.
