Tenure: Leasehold

Nestled in a beautiful apartment block in The Slade area of Tonbridge this immaculate apartment has so many wonderful attributes that make it very unique.

Being situated within a stones throw from the castle, rugby club and The Slade School and walking distance to Tonbridge pool, shops and station makes this apartment ever so conveniently placed in central Tonbridge.

Situated on the second floor not only means this apartment has lovely roof top views with a sense of privacy, but has lots of ample light beaming in.

What's unique about this apartment is that there is a great sized lobby area to take off your shoes and coats. What's also fantastic that not many apartments have now, is a separate kitchen meaning you can cook all your favourite dishes without worrying about the aromas being in the same room, as you can simply move to the large lounge/diner to relax, unwind and let that well cooked cuisine go down. There are two double bedrooms, a main bathroom and an en-suite. Along with allocated parking.

So if you are looking for location, location, location along with a well presented apartment that should tick every desired box of your dream home wish list, then you've found it!

Ground Rent £200 per annum, Service Charge £1,276 per annum.

What the Owner says:

When we started looking at buying our first home somewhat years ago, we were undecided whether to go for a house or an apartment. The main reasons why we bought this property over all the others was because of the location as although it's so central, it feels tucked away. Also to have the castle and walks right on our doorstep is something quite special.

The distance from the station was a huge benefit for us. We use it every morning and evening so being such a short distance means that it doesn't add too much onto our day.
