SPECIFICATION OF WORKS:
The purchaser will be required at this cost to demolish the attached garage within the building plot, whilst ensuring the integrity of the remaining structure within a period of three months following legal completion of the sale. S.106 COSTS:
The purchaser will be responsible for reimbursing the Vendor these costs in the sum of 2,143.05. On the plan the area marked blue is included within the sale, but this area itself is outside the defined area for the planning permission.
