We have lived at this property for a number of years and it has been excellent for us as there is a Tesco within walking distance and also close to Asda, there are also good transport links. It has been great for our son with the school only being round the corner. The only reason we are selling is because we are looking to upsize. This property will be brilliant for anybody with a young child or are looking to extend their family as we was when we bought the property. I am very reluctant to sell however it is now the right time. I hope the new owner falls in love with this property as we did when we first saw it.
