DIRECTIONS
The position of the land is shown on the attached Location Plans and there are several possible routes to the property. From Longtown, which is on the A7 to the north of Carlisle and Junction 44 of the M6, take the turning signposted to Penton, Netherby and Catlowdy and follow this road through the village of Moat to a 'T' junction, where you turn right on to the B6318 towards Catlowdy and Bewcastle. Follow the B6318 for approximately 6 miles through Catlowdy and the Kershope Forest and then turn left off this road signposted to Bailey School and Low Todholes. Follow this road and the land will be seen on your left and right. Alternative routes include from Brampton via Walton and Kirkcambeck or via Hethersgill or Kirklinton and proceeding through Stapleton as for the Location Plans. WAYLEAVES, EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY
The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all reservations, easements, rights of way and other matters, whether public or private and whether constituted in the title deeds or not. These include a public footpath running through Lot 1 shown by the red dashed line on
