After approximately 1.5 miles take the left hand turning to Elberton and follow signs for Littleton-upon-Severn. Upon entering the village turn left and follow the lane in a westerly direction towards Whale Wharf Business Park. The access track servicing the land can be seen immediately before the Whale Wharf Business Park.

From Thornbury, follow Kington Lane in a westerly direction towards Littleton-upon-Severn. Follow Stock Hill Lane through the village towards Whale Wharf Business Park. The land is accessed via a farm track on the right hand-side.
