Description
The Ardachy House Hotel is a well run business that has been run by the current proprietors for since 2013. The property has been placed on the market due to the current proprietor’s impending wish to retire from the tourist trade. The business trades seasonally from mid-March until mid-October and its quality is reflected in the number of awards it currently holds such as achieving 4.5 out 5 on Trip Advisor and ranking in the top 10 guest houses on the island. Additional marketing is carried out through its own informative website www.ardachy.co.uk.

It enjoys much repeat custom, particularly due to its excellent location in the south of the island and its superb reputation as one of the area’s finest places to stay.

Since purchasing the property in January 2013, the current vendor has carried out an extensive refurbishment program to the property. This includes, new PVC double glazed windows, new oil tank and hot water boiler, installation of 32 solar panels along with the refurbishment of all letting bedrooms.
Ardachy House Hotel offers excellent accommodation for both guests and owners.

Mull is the second largest island of the Inner Hebrides (after Skye), off the west coast of Scotland in the council area of Argyll and Bute.
