We have been so happy living in this beautiful coach house, and we think it will make a lovely home for a couple or small family. We've made some small improvements in the house but it is still a relatively blank canvas for the new owners to put their stamp on it.
The balcony is such a peaceful space, and we did have plans to make the extra space at the rear into a little enclosed garden and we were going to put a garage door on for privacy.
It's been such a benefit to have everything new and pristine, and it's very warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
We love exploring all the rural areas nearby and stopping for a pint and lunch in the cosy pubs not far from here.
It's great to have so many shops and the supermarkets nearby too; and also the leisure Centre, golf course, and children's nursery round the corner.
The neighbours are so friendly and we know the next home owners here will be very happy here.
