The location is great as it is quiet and peaceful yet we have access to everything we need in Pembury Village and beyond. We are only moving as a new opportunity has come up for us but we are staying locally as we love it here so much. The schools are great and everyone is very friendly - there is a real sense of community. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
