We bought this property from new in 2012 and to be honest we saw nothing else like it. Compared to all the other properties that we were offered it was so much bigger. We also liked the fact that we could just move in without having to do anything, as it was a new build there was no work to do but we have decorated. We’ve also done quite a lot in the garden but it’s also maintenance free which is perfect for us as we both work.It’s a handy location as we’re close to town and the station, we can walk there in 20 minutes.
