We bought this flat a few years ago as we were attracted to the location which had a very good reputation. With shops being so close by, including a Tesco's across the road, we very rarely needed to go into town for anything although the restaurants and the river walks often attracted us on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
When we moved here, the flat had only recently been decorated, so we have not had to do much to the property in the time that we have been here.
We have loved living in this flat and the only reason we are moving is because we are now hoping to buy a house and start a family, so we hope the new owners will enjoy this flat as much as we have over the years.
