"I first saw my house when I accidentally drove past it in 1992, and thought, "if that house ever comes on the market, I will buy it". The next time I passed was in 1995 and I saw the For Sale sign go up. I immediately drove home and called up for a viewing. As I walked up the path to the front door, I knew this was the house for me and as I went through the door, the house felt like home, and 2 months later it was!

Adelaide Road has been our home for over 20 years and my son has grown up here. I have loved how easy the house is to manage and look after. The back garden is quiet and peaceful, and the cottage garden at front makes me smile every year as the flowers I love come up year after year.My bedroom on the top floor is my haven, with light that floods in from the dual aspect windows, I feel cocooned and safe.

I am sad to leave Adelaide Road, it has been very good to us, but it is now time for it to be enjoyed by someone else who will also call it home."
