We bought 1 Spinnaker Quay because of the location, the aspect, the stunning views, the security of a gated community and the easy access to Plymouth City Centre. We have been exceedingly happy here in a very friendly community which runs its own management company on a fully democratic basis.  We are reluctantly looking to sell in order to down-size, and move to Bristol area to be closer to family.
