Dunston Common is found in the wonderful setting of the Tas Valley, located just a few miles to the south of the city of Norwich with easy access both back into the city as well as south, either via the A140 or the A47 junction. Dunston Hall is now run as a popular hotel & conference centre complete with golf course and leisure facilities. The Bungalow is located directly opposite the common, and enjoys unspoilt walks straight from the front door, and the facilities of Dunston Hall only a short walk away.

The Bungalow was originally a smaller timber framed building acting as the rent office for the then Dunston Estate back in the 1920s. It has been extended, we believe in 2 stages up to the late 1970s to now create a 3 bedroom private dwelling, complete with a large rear garden. Due to its construction (the front original cedar clad elevation) and the age and overall condition, we would expect any purchaser to carry out either a renovation project or look to obtain planning permission to knock down the existing dwelling and erect a new property.

The property is entered at the front through a porch which then leads into the 15'3 x 11'6 sitting room, complete with open fire place. Doors either side of the brick fireplace and chimney stack lead into the 20'6 x 12'11 dining room, which enjoys a direct view of the rear garden. To the left of this room are 2 bedrooms and a family shower room complete with W.C whilst the kitchen is located off the other (northern) end. The sitting room and bedroom 2 occupy what we believe to be the oldest original part of the property, with the dining room and bedroom 3 in the first extension with a pitched roof and what was the external chimney breast now acting as a feature in this room. A further addition was added around the 1960's with a corridor linking the then newly created 14'11 x 11'11 master bedroom along with adjoining family bathroom and separate W.C.

The Bungalow is set back a little from the gravel road behind a low level picket fence and its own front garden, whilst enjoying a direct view towards Dunston Common.

The rear garden offers a terrace directly adjoining the rear of the property leading onto a lawned garden and more natural garden to the rear.
