We have owned this property for over 10 years, it has been a home for us as well as a rental, we have had the best of both worlds. It was a lovely home for us and it has been a very good rental, we have had no problems.Being the top floor is great as there is no one above us, so no worrying about noise. We love how clean and tidy it is here and the neighbourhood is lovely.We wish all the best to the new owners and hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have.
