OWNERS OPINION

The location is great and so convenient, especially in the summer months. The moment we saw our home we fell in love with the features, the high ceilings, the size and layout of the property.

We have already paid £7,000 towards the maintenance, which is for the up and coming updating/decoration of the exterior and communal building.

We will be sad to leave but we have now enjoyed our time in our home and have simply outgrown it with our family and know the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
