I have lived here for several years and have been very happy here. My favourite things about the house has to be the amount of space which is great for entertaining family and friends and the garden which is the envy of them all as it larger than most. I love spending time out there during the summer months. The location is fantastic, this was an important factor for me when buying. Forest Hill station is just down the road, which has links to London Bridge, London Victoria and Canada Water. I also have easy access to the South Circular A205 which is great for travelling to work.
