This has been our family home for the last few years and have loved living here. The area is great and very quiet and gives a quaint feel however everything you could want is a short distance away.

We have recently replaced the kitchen which we feel is a great addition to the property and we now spend most of our time in the room. For a cottage the rest of the property is light and airy and the garden to the rear offers excellent out door space.

If you work in Bolton or further afield the motorway is just a short drive and between Horwich centre and Middlebrook everything you could ever need is on your door step.

We are moving to a different area and to upsize and we sincerely hope the new owner loves the property as much as we have.
