The home was just perfect for me when I bought it with a close access to Chichester being on a local bus route and with close access to the M27, which allows me to be in the Witterings, Selsey or Goodwood very easily.I have spent a good deal of money improving the home and I am sure the new owners will want to put their own twist on it. When I bought the home I had contemplated dropping the curb and putting in a driveway, however I always seem to be able to park out the front, so I never got round to it.I am sure the new owner will love the home as I do.
