When I moved into the property I felt so secure straight away and loved the fact it was on the top floor.

The location of the flat is very convenient for my work as its within easy reach of the M25 and A127. However, the walk to the train station isn't too far so I can get to London easily as well.

The communal gardens come in handy as it's nice to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

I hope to see a first time buyer enjoy this home as I have but I can see it would be ideal for investors as well.
