When I was looking for my new home, I had decided that I really wanted to buy a house, but when I saw this maisonette, I was struck by how much space there was and how light and bright it seemed so I happily changed my mind! The garden was another big bonus and I have enjoyed creating the attractive area it is now. It’s also easy to pop into the village or to drive to Guildford if I need a larger selection of shops.

My partner and I have recently finished redecorating so it will be lovely and fresh for the new owners. We will then be moving into our new home together.
