This is a spacious apartment above a quiet beauty salon so there is limited noise. We have lovely neighbours that look out for us. It is convenient for all amenities, to include the beach, buses, trams and taxis. It is also nearby Sainsburys supermarket and local schools which are all within walking distance, so there is no real need for me to own a car except for transport to work. I am only selling because I am relocating to another county, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here over the years.
