Say good bye to the hassle of parking when popping to the high street with this convenient 3 bed semi-detached only moments away from Maldon high street. From the entrance hall you are captivated by the prospect of the South East facing garden which can be viewed from the full length double glazed window positioned at the end of the lounge area. Leading through is a comfortable lounge area which is flooded with natural day light via both the patio doors and a full length window.

The kitchen is an extension to the property, with potential for a second floor to be added (stpp). This is appealing for a growing family or for those looking for a fourth bedroom. The kitchen provides sink, floor and wall cupboards, fitted oven and hob, and with its 2 large windows invites masses of natural light. Following on from the kitchen is a utility room for additional kitchen appliances and separate cloakroom with toilet and sink.

While upstairs neutral décor offers an ambience of space, consisting of 2 double, 1 single bedroom and family bathroom. There is potential to transform and develop a fourth bedroom with ensuite for those venturesome buyers. The family bathroom consists of bath, toilet and washbasin. The possible enhancements to this property will without doubt add value to this home.

The potential to transform and develop this home continues outside to a 30 by 40 feet long garden with deliberately decorated side borders which are well established and patio area.

Lastly the home benefits from a brick driveway with ample parking and a garage with separate driveway.

For those commuting to London, Hatfield Peverel Railway station is only a short drive, with 3 trains an hour into Liverpool Street in less than 50 minutes. The home is located near good road links A12 and M25.
