Situated approximately of a mile upstream from the south western bridge of the village of Gweek,
at the headwaters of the Helford River, and only 4 miles from the market town of Helston.

Situation
Gweek is a popular village situated at the head of the Helford River, famous for its wooded creeks and inlets, about 8 miles south west of the harbour town of Falmouth. The village of Constantine is about 2 miles to the north east and has a good range of facilities and amenities. The thriving former market town of Helston is about 4 miles to the west with extensive services and facilities.

The entrance to the land is on the south western edge of the village of Gweek, accessed off the road leading to Rose-in-the-Bush and Culdrose.
