Description 
This attractive parcel of land is located around 1.5 miles north-west of the town of Ashburton, within Dartmoor National Park. It is ideal for grazing or growing purposes and is laid to permanent pasture for the most part with a large, fenced off growing bed and area containing numerous saplings. The land slopes gently from West to East and takes in some stunning views over the surrounding patchwork of fields and wooded hillsides. Access is via a hard-core track (first part shared) from the lane with galvanised metal gates and a lower wooden bar gate opening directly to the field. There is a concrete water trough which we understand is served by a neighbouring borehole.

Directions 
From our offices in the centre of Ashburton proceed out of the town along North Street and at the end of the road bear left over the bridge, signposted Widecombe/Buckland-in-the-moor. Stay on this road for 1.5 miles and turn right at Auswell Cross, signposted Haytor/Widecombe. Turn immediately right and drop down this lane where the entrance to the land is the fifth gate on the left, with a stone gate pillar and recessed seven bar gate. The wooden five bar gate leading to the land is at the end of the hard-core track. Alternatively from our offices proceed to the end of North Street and bear right into Rew Road. After half a mile turn left signposted Druid. Continue along this road (ignoring the left turn for Druid) for 0.9 of a mile and as the road flattens out the entrance to the land will be seen on the right, shortly after the gate on the left with the sign 'private woodlands mining wells, keep out'.
