The planning permission reference is DC/15/1308/FUL, a copy of which is included within these particulars.
Condition 3 of the planning permission confirms that the chalets must be used for holiday letting accommodation and for no other purpose, with the duration of occupation by any one person or persons not exceeding a period of 56 days in total in any one calendar year.
