When we first viewed the property we really saw the potential and the fact we could really put our own stamp on it. We decided to keep the warm air heating system as we have found it very energy efficient and cheap to run. The location really works for us as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac and we have allocated parking in front of the house. This has been a great first home for us and we will really miss it as it holds so many memories for us. We are sure the new owner will enjoy making memories here.
