I had a specific budget and this fitted to perfection. It felt right on the day of the viewing, so it was an easy decision to go for it. It also had potential for me to add my own stamp on it, which made it even more appealing. We looked at several houses, but this one offered something different.

I have since replaced the kitchen, bathroom, sorted out the fire place, exposed the brick work in the bathroom creating a nice feature and redecorated throughout. Another great feature is the view from the front bedroom.
