When I bought this property back in 2006, it was primarily because it is positioned in such a great location. I can stroll to work, to the station, to the nursery and to the shops. Everything is close at hand.

The other thing that I have loved about the area and the reason why I will stay in the vicinity is that feeling of being safe and that the expense of having a car is not necessary.

I have loved living here and as a stepping stone it has been a wonderful home. I hope the new owner will love it too.
