We did do lots to the property over the years but I know that it now needs some updating to suit the new owner's tastes.I have loved the fact that I am only a short walk away to the shops, restaurants and local amenities as well as being able to catch a bus or train into Croydon or London.I will be sad to leave and will miss watching the beautiful views change with the seasons. I hope the new owners love the home as much as we have and that they enjoy many happy years here.
