We purchased this property as a buy to let and have always had good quality tenants. We decided to sell the flat so recently served notice to the tenant and therefore the property is vacant and chain free.

We were initially attracted by the outside space and the proximity to all local amenities. We have enjoyed owning this property, but its time to move on.
