Directions - From Maidstone proceed long the A249 Sittingbourne Road to the roundabout with The Chiltern Hundreds public house. Turn left into Penenden Heath and at the next roundabout go straight across into Sandling Lane. Prior to reaching the Running Horse pub turn right into Boarley Lane, go under the bridge where Tyland Lane will be on your left-hand side.
