We had our heart set on this development when it was built. Unlike the other developments we were viewing the houses were spaced out and it was a green area surrounded by fields.
As soon as we walked in we had that butterfly feeling, compared to the other flats we had seen it offered far more space. The fact that it came with a 10 year NHBC warranty gave us that added peace of mind and the new owners will benefit from the 8.5 years remaining on the warrenty.
We have honestly loved every minute of living here, the neighbours are fantastic and there is such a community spirit.
Although we both work locally, Carshalton Beeches station is only 0.6 miles away so is ideal for anyone needing to commute to London.
