Location - Formally a small settlement of miners houses called Vron was joined in the 1980's by a larger village to the east called Tanyfron which has the benefit of a small primary school and convenience store. There are good road links to the A483 bypass which allow for daily commuting to the major commercial and industrial centres of the region and the area adjoins picturesque countryside which is popular amongst walkers.

Directions - Proceed off the A483 bypass in the direction of Ruthin taking the right hand turning over the flyover bridge, through the next set of traffic lights and then take the second right hand turning off the A525 into Heritage Way and continue for approximately 1/4 of a mile taking the left hand turning signposted Tanyfron. Continue into Tanyfron Road passing Tanyfron School on your right hand side and thereafter take the third right hand turning into Heol Offa where the land will be observed on the right hand side.
