2 The Terrace we understand was a former farm building which was converted into three individual residences at the end of the 19th century. The property has a wealth of character throughout and has light and airy accommodation. It is positioned in the small village of Trewint, yet with excellent access to village facilities at Altarnun, Bodmin Moor and the A30 dual carriageway which is convenient for those looking for a second/holiday home.

Internally, rooms include a lounge which is dominated by the floor to ceiling stone and granite fireplace, having inset a wood burning stove. The room also has laminate flooring. The dual aspect kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a range of matching cream units and slate flooring.

On the first floor the master bedroom has a fireplace feature, built-in double wardrobe and like bedroom two overlooks the front garden. The family bathroom/WC has been upgraded in recent years and has a matching white three piece white suite, with an electric shower over the panelled bath. Other modern comforts include, oil fired central heating and the property has recently replaced UPVC double glazed windows. Other character features include latched doors and deep sills.

Externally, the property has a well enclosed front garden which is slightly raised with a range of shrub and flower borders. There is a garden shed included in the sale and an on road parking bay nearby that can accommodate two cars.

The village of Trewint is located within one mile of Altarnun which is well equipped with a range of amenities including a Sub Post Office, Village Shop and a Church known to many as the Cathedral In The Moor. Also the ancient former market town of Launceston lies approximately 9 miles to the east of the village and boasts a wider range of shopping, commercial, educational and recreational facilities and lies adjacent to the A30 trunk road giving access to Truro and West Cornwall in one direction and Exeter and beyond in the opposite direction.
From Launceston Town Centre proceed into Western Road heading towards Pennygillam Roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st left hand exit towards Bodmin. Proceed west bound along the A30 for approximately 7 miles passing the BP Garage at Plusha. Take the next left hand exit signposted Altarnun, Five Lanes and Trewint and follow the signposts into Five Lanes. Upon exiting the A30 follow the signs under the bridge towards Altarnun, Trewint and Five Lanes. At the 'T' junction turn left towards Trewint and upon entering the centre of the village turn right signposted West Moor Gate. Continue for a short distance where The Terrace is found gable end onto the road with No. 2 in the middle marked with a Webbers For Sale Board.
