TENURE

TERMS 
Upon an offer being formally accepted, the purchaser will have 3 working days within which to lodge a £5,000 non-refundable deposit with the vendor's solicitor until completion, at which point it will be deducted from the completion balance. The legal pack will not be issued until the deposit is lodged. This deposit grants the purchaser exclusivity up to the point of exchange of contracts. COMPLETION
