We have lived in the home for around nine years and it has been the perfect place to start raising our family. We find the transport links brilliant and whether it's access to the M25, A127 or even the A12, they are all within easy reach. It is also nice to have Brentwood and Shenfield nearby as well as the options of both train stations when needed.

We have a very modern home and it's very functional for a family, however, there are still a lot of possibilities if anyone is looking to extend the property, or maybe even a dropped kerb for off street parking at the front.
