What attracted us to the property over thirteen years ago was the curb appeal. We fell in love with this house straight away, from the outside in. The period features and character of the house was just so perfect for us. The location has been really convenient, especially for our daughters who attended the local grammar school, Clarendon and Chatham House, which is just a short walk away. I have also enjoyed being within walking distance to Ellington Park, where we enjoy many hours walking the dog. This house has plenty of living space, enough to change the layout to suit our family's needs as our family has grown over the years.
