I moved here about seventeen years ago in order to be near to family.

This has been a wonderful place to live, so very friendly and sociable with a wonderful sense of community.

The age restriction here means that at least one owner must be over 60. If a couple buys, then the other partner must be aged at least 55.

Having now moved out into residential care, I am able to offer the property chain free.
