OWNERS COMMENTS Having lived in Kingfisher Close for nearly 30 years, it has been the perfect residence to bring up a family. Being in a good location for schools and within walking distance of Newport town is very convenient. The house is nice and light and the garden very secluded, having two decked areas there is always a sunny spot to relax and entertain in. The lovely country walks through the church yard and fords up to the castle and feeding the ducks on the way is a true pleasure, and if you feel more energetic you can even walk up the Tennyson trail to Freshwater. Being in the centre of the Island, means that it does not take long to get anywhere. If you fancy eating nearby in the village you can find a great restaurant that's been there for many years and two lovely pubs and two very convenient stores are nearby. We have so many happy memories living in Kingfisher Close, with good friends and neighbours.
