Leave Topsham along station road crossing the rail tracks and turn right. Pass Bridge Inn and Darts Farm and at the roundabout turn right towards Exmouth. Continue through Ebford and Exton and past Lympstone Marine Camp. Take the next right and follow this road into the centre of the village, down Burgmanns Hill and at the T Junction turn left. The property is along on the left hand side.
