I was actually the Freeholder to the flats in this development for 35 years, before the collective enfranchisement in 2005. It always gave me a lovely sense of being in the countryside.

I actually bought the flat because I considered it to be in the best position, as it doesn't overlook the garages.

I feel this home is an excellent property for someone to get their foot on the property ladder, as it still has enough space to grow into. It could also be attractive to a rental investor who may want to own two flats in the same development, as I am also selling the one above this one.
