Directions - From our Wadebridge office take the Bodmin road A389. As you approach Bodmin turn right after
passing The Borough Arms in to Boundary Road. On a sharp left bend turn right on to Stony Lane
signposted Nanstallon. Continue on the road which will eventually lead into Marshall Road and follow
it to the end and turn left at the T-Junction signposted Lanivet and Bodmin. Shortly after passing the
Primary school on your right there will be three Victorian Cottages found on the left hand side with
parking directly in front.
