I bought the property nearly 3 years ago, I needed a modern home that did not require a lot of maintenance or work so this proved the ideal choice. I liked the idea of the versatile living space that was arranged over 3 floors and, with 3 similar size bedrooms, it is ideal for those with young children.I have been surprised at just how quiet the area is and, being in a cul de sac, it feels safe and secure. It is just a short stroll to Makenade Farm Shop where you can buy a host of locally grown fruit and vegetables, it also has a great delicatessen section and a cafe. You can even buy fresh bread.
