I have owned this property for over ten years now and it has been a great source of income throughout that time due to the location and size.As I am now selling the property, I thought that it would be great for the new owner not to have to worry about new carpets or getting a painter or decorator in, so I've had the work done already.I loved the garden and compared to others I had seen, this seemed bigger.
