We moved here back in 1990. Having family in Eastry we walked past this home and it really intrigued us to want to view. At the time it was a bungalow, however compared to others we had seen it really did offer us the potential to make the home even bigger, which was important to us as we had a large family. As soon as we moved in we made several changes, the most dramatic being the loft conversion which gave us 3 further bedrooms as well as a bathroom. After a year we also added a space above the garage to make a place for our Daughter as a craft room. The grandchildren love the garden where they can play in a secure environment to their hearts content. Now the family have flown the nest we no longer need the space and are looking to downsize.
