After a short distance at the mini roundabout, go straight over towards Blackwater and after about 150 yards turn left. From this junction drive for 0.8 of a mile and the entrance to Kea House will be seen on the left-hand side. There is a slate name-plate on a wall. (This is not the shortest route from Truro).
