WHAT THE VENDOR SAYS:
This has been our family home for almost 19 years. Before that the previous owners had lived here for even longer than us, so it's the type of property you want to stay in.
We are now at the stage our children are grown and moving on, so we feel its time to regrettably move on also.
As our children have grown so to has the house and how it has been used. That's the beauty of the amount of space we have both inside and outside, it has over the years been many things to us as a family.
We have extended the property and altered the layout, it has served as a home, a work space, including a built office at the rear, a training area, somewhere all the local children loved to be when we had the swimming pool and hot tub, to the garage in the past being an MMA gym area with my son having his full size fighting cage in the garage.

Always space for the cars.
With two entrances, one direct off the A20 to a massive front area (which can take up to 10 parked cars) and the other right of way which is across the pet store car park to the garages at rear - this proved to be a God send when our children reached driving age, as did all their friends!!

The location is perfect for the schools, each of my children went to different schools, Malling, Maidstone Grammar and Hugh Christie, so being on the A20 the transport for them was easy.
The village being just walking distance made it easy for them to meet their friends or go to the park, shops or sports at Cobdown or K Sports as it is now.
With the M20 and M2 just minutes away it means my husbands commute to work has been easier and quicker than where we lived previously, as some days he needs to be in London and other days on the coast. The position is perfect.

With the added benefit of abutting the conservation area but being just out of it, means we have all the beauty of the trees and surrounding area but none of the restrictions, we have loved our garden and so have the children and now my grandson, it's a peaceful haven but close to all the amenities.

Our oasis on a large spacious plot but close to everything we needed is what our home is.
