About 500 yards to the south of the property will be found the beautiful River Camel Valley and Camel Trail at Helland Bridge which is ideal for walking and cycling, as is Cardinham Woods which is approximately 7 miles away. The North Cornish Coast and the Camel estuary are a short drive. The property is approximately seven miles from the larger town of Wadebridge and its facilities.
