What sets this property aside from most semi detached properties in the area is the size of the plot. Not only is there a garden to the rear but the land extends to the side. This property benefits from an integral garage and ample parking to the front.
With only four houses on the cul de sac its been years since one of these properties came available for sale. Don't miss out!!

Owners Comments
When I first moved into this house in 1984 it had a very different look both inside and outside as the previous owners had lived there for many years and it was in great need for some overdue updating. Over the last two decades the house has been given many face lifts, nips and tucks to become a lovely light and airy family house to meet anyone's needs to enjoy a comfortable pleasurable time at home. The garden is easy to manage and it is private with established trees and shrubs as well as patio areas to have al fresco family get togethers or just a nice' end of the day' drink of something to relax with. The location is quiet and safe and the neighbours in the cul de sac are like minded friendly people who are there if you need them or just to chat to over the garden fence. The local area is very well serviced by local business and amenities with lots of pleasant walks to enjoy in the nearby Worsley woods or around the two village greens. I will miss living in...
